The perfect fast meat broth recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Beef soup meat
- 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
- 2 Pc. Lovage fresh
- 0,5 pod Cayenne pepper
- 1 Pc Nutmeg the rest from the mill
- 2 Pc. Parsley root
- 2 tbsp Colorful peppercorns
- 3 Pc. Onions
- 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 2 Pc. Bay leaf
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 liter Water
- 1 Pc Large pressure cooker
- Peel the onions and garlic and cut into large pieces. Clean the soup vegetables and roughly dice. Put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker (may only be 2/3 full) remove and pour off the stock through a sieve
- I use beef veal for my meat broth (hardly any fat in the soup – saves time for cooling and degreasing). It also tastes really delicious with chicken! If you want it less spicy or spicier, you are welcome to experiment with the peppers yourself
