Ingredients
- 1 L Meat broth with meat
- 1 small head Savoy cabbage
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 tbsp Ham cubes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Parsley root
- 1 stem Celery
- 1 Leek
- 1 large Potato
- 2 tsp Caraway seeds
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 2 splash Tabasco
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth

- Quarter the savoy cabbage, remove the stalk and the thick leaf veins, then cut the rest into 2 x 2 cm pieces. Sliced or sliced remaining vegetables. Cut into cubes.
- Fry the onions with ham in the heated oil until translucent, add the soup vegetables and sauté briefly, then deglaze with the good meat stock. Add the savoy cabbage with the caraway seeds, stir once and cook the stew covered for about 30 minutes over a mild heat.
- Season with pepper, salt and Tabasco and serve sprinkled with parsley.
