- 130 g Soup noodles
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 Cuffs Chopped parsley until smooth

- Slowly heat the meat stock with the meat insert to the boiling point, but do not “boil” any more.
