Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 L Meat broth
  • 130 g Soup noodles
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
  • 1 bunch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce dark

Instructions
 

  • Slowly heat the meat stock with the meat insert to the boiling point, but do not "boil" any more.
  • Secondly, in a separate saucepan, cook the soup noodles in boiling water with a teaspoon of salt for 5 minutes and immediately pour into a sieve and drain.
  • Put the noodles in the broth, add the nutmeg, parsley, a little pepper and soy sauce and stir once. Let it steep for a few minutes, then season to taste and serve.
