Pasta and Ham Pan
The perfect pasta and ham pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Vermicelli
- 3 Carrots
- 300 g Boiled ham
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 200 g Sour cream
- 125 g Mozarella or Gorgonzola
- Salt, nutmeg, pepper
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet, put in a sieve and drain well
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan, fry the washed, peeled carrots, cut into strips, with a pinch of sugar. Add the pasta and heat with the pepper and the remaining oil. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, lightly salt.
- Cut the ham into strips or cubes, add to the pasta and season with pepper and nutmeg. Finally stir in the sour cream and cheese. There was also a lamb’s lettuce
