Fast Sauerkraut Pot
The perfect fast sauerkraut pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 160 g Potatoes
- Salt
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 50 g Chicken – Kassler
- Fat for frying
- 1 disc Pineapple canned
- 130 g Sauerkraut drained
- 300 Milliliters Vegetable broth
- Chives fresh
- Parsley crispy fresh
- Chilli flakes
- Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Pouring off.
- Peel the onion and chop it roughly. Cut the Kassler into cubes. Steam the onion in hot fat until translucent. Add the Kassler, sauté briefly.
- Cut the pineapple into pieces. Add the sauerkraut and pineapple to the pot. Top up with vegetable stock. Bring to the boil briefly and simmer on a low flame for five minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the potato pieces.
- Divide the soup between two deep plates. Sprinkle something green on top for the eye. Grind the chilli flakes over the top.
