Ingredients
- 1 role Puff pastry
- 150 g Cream cheese
- 4 Discs Cooked ham
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry. Brush with cream cheese. Sprinkle with herbs. Spread the ham and then the cheese on top except for a tablespoon. Fold the long sides inwards a little, roll up. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 18 minutes.
