Ingredients

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 10 Caramel biscuits
  • 200 ml Cream
  • Apples
  • 1 Orange
  • Calvados
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  • We had a lot of apples in the fruit bowl that no one wanted to eat anymore. Throwing away is not possible ... so what do we do with it ...? Here is my idea
  • Peel all apples and cut them into small pieces ... put them in the pot
  • To add some liquid, squeeze the orange and add the juice to the apples in the saucepan
  • Let the whole thing simmer at a low temperature until the apples are soft ... then mash lightly so that the resulting applesauce remains in pieces. Let cool ...
  • Crumble the biscuits ... put them in a freezer bag and crumbled them with a hard object ... and put them as the bottom layer in the dessert glass .... pour some calvados on top .... for children, of course, without alcohol. It can of course other biscuits can be used as well
  • Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions
  • Whip the cream without added sugar until stiff and fold half into the still hot pudding. Store the other half in the refrigerator for decoration
  • Put the cold applesauce on the crumbly biscuits and put the hot pudding on top. Now wait until the pudding is cold
  • Decorate with a dollop of cream and chocolate sprinkles and enjoy your meal
