Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g flour
- 500 g butter
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 egg yolks, for brushing
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles, or colored sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
The recipe comes from one of our former monks, who, as we all know, only produce the best.
Make a dough from the ingredients and chill for a while. Then roll out thinly and cut out various shapes. Brush with beaten egg yolk and decorate with the sprinkles. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. This makes about 100 cookies.
