Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 cans pineapple, pieces
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for me a must at Christmas

Make a pudding from milk, sugar, and pudding powder according to the package instructions. Immediately stir in the pineapple pieces and juice. Once cooled, fold in the stiffly whipped cream and serve well chilled.
