Favorite Egg Salad

The perfect favorite egg salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 Pc. Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  1. Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes.
  2. After cooling, peel the eggs and cut them into slices / cubes with the egg cutter (to do this, you have to cut the egg once in the egg cutter, turn it around and cut it again in the egg cutter).
  3. Mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Tip 4: be careful with the mustard. It is best to add this gradually and season to taste. Optionally, you can add chopped mushrooms from the can or small cheese cubes or ham cubes. The egg salad tastes best when it has been steeped for a few hours.
