Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 0.4 tsp baking powder
- 50 g butter
- 200 ml yogurt
- e.g. salt or sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 225°C. Combine flour and baking powder. Add butter and yogurt and mix quickly. Add salt or sugar if desired. Form into 6 balls. Bake for 15 minutes.
