made very easy
Combine the water, oil, soy yogurt, salt, brown sugar, dried yeast, baking powder, and pepper in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Then, while continuing to stir, slowly but steadily add more spelt flour to the bowl until it reaches a firm, non-sticky, yet pliable consistency. Once this pliable consistency is reached, add a little spelt flour to the bottom of the bowl and let the dough rest for 45 minutes. After it has rested, stir the chopped walnuts, flaxseed, sultanas, sunflower seeds, and a chopped banana into the dough. Then, using a little spelt flour, shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking tray. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
