Fennel and pear salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the pear, quarter it, remove the core, and cut it into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the pear slices over medium heat. Cut the fennel into very thin slices or grate it and add it to the pear slices. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the parsley leaves. Add it to the vegetables along with the lemon juice and mix. Remove the pan from the heat. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely chop. Season the salad with chili, salt, and pepper, divide among plates, and serve lukewarm.
