Fennel – Mango – Salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick and easy

Wash the fennel bulb, pick the fennel greens and set them aside, trim and discard the stems. Halve the bulb, trim the core, and discard them as well. Cut the fennel into cubes or thin strips, rinse again under hot tap water, drain briefly, and place in a bowl with the fennel greens. Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, dice, and add to the fennel. Add the honey and water to the salad, mix, let it steep briefly, and then enjoy. No additional seasoning is needed! Super simple and delicious!
