Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g lamb’s lettuce
- 250 g grapes
- 150 g ham, raw
- 60 g walnuts
- 4 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 1 tsp mustard, grainy
- 6 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
- Salt and pepper sugar
- Sugar

A true treat for gourmets. Highly recommended as an appetizer.
Trim, wash, and spin dry the lettuce. Rinse and halve the grapes, removing any seeds. Serve with nuts and ham. For the dressing: Whisk together the vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water, mustard, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar, then whisk in the oil. Season to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything lightly.
