Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large fennel bulb(s)
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 pack of mozzarella, approx. 250 g
- 1 bottle of dressing, e.g. E.g. French dressing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegetarian, simple, light
Slice the fennel into very fine strips. Quarter the strawberries and finely dice the mozzarella. Mix everything in a bowl and add a sauce. I used a ready-made French sauce, but you can easily make your own or try another one. A sweet sauce with honey or something similar would also be delicious. I don’t usually like fennel, but it’s really delicious in this recipe.
