Ferrero Rocher cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 200 g almonds or hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g chocolate (block chocolate), grated
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 pack of confectionery (Ferrero Rocher, 200 g)
  • 3 packs of cream
  • 3 cream stiffener
  • 2 jars of sour cherries
  • 1 cake glaze, red
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the butter until fluffy. Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, almonds, chocolate, and baking powder one at a time. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for approx. 1 hour. Let cool. Drain the cherries and reserve the juice. Chop all but 6 Ferrero Rocher for the garnish. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold in the chopped Rocher. Spread the cherries on the cake base. Prepare the cake glaze according to the package instructions using the cherry juice and pour over the cherries. Let cool. Finally, spread the Rocher-cream mixture on top. Garnish with the remaining Ferrero Rocher.
