Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sheep’s cheese, alternatively feta cheese
  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

quick, ingenious dip, also suitable for the Thermomix

Finely chop the bell pepper in a blender and strain the liquid through a sieve. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with the quark and sour cream. Crush the garlic, add it, and mix everything with the bell pepper. The bell pepper should be well drained so the dip doesn’t become runny. For the Thermomix: Quarter and deseed the bell peppers, chop in the mixing bowl for 3 seconds at speed 6.5, strain the bell peppers, break the feta cheese into approximately four pieces, without any liquid, and mix in the mixing bowl for 2 seconds at speed 4. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
