Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 garlic cloves
- Oil, can be taken from the pickled tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
suitable for grilling as a dip or spread
Finely chop the onions and garlic. Then place all ingredients in a tall mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender. Tip: It’s best to make the dip a day in advance so it can infuse nicely.
