Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 shot of milk
- 100 g sheep’s cheese, light
- 60 g carrot(s)
- Herbs (basil, oregano, parsley, chives)
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and coarsely grate the carrot. Dice the feta cheese. Whisk the eggs with a splash of milk and mix in the carrots and feta cheese. Finely chop the herbs and mix them in. Season with pepper. Salt isn’t necessary, as the feta cheese is salty enough. Pour the egg mixture into a greased pan and let it set with the lid on. 450 kcal per serving.
