- 2 slices of feta cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- 40 g almond flakes
- oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Low-carb breading
Whisk the egg on a plate. Sprinkle the flaked almonds on a second plate. Dry the feta cheese with a paper towel if it’s still wet. Roll it first in the egg, then in the flaked almonds, pressing them down slightly. Dab any “bare” spots with a little egg, and stick the almonds on top. Fry the feta cheese in a pan over medium heat. Not too hot, so the almonds don’t burn. It goes well with ratatouille, salad, and much more.
