Fried feta cheese with onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil for frying
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup of tzatziki
  • 1 small baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut both feta cheeses into 8 equal pieces. Crack the egg into a bowl and break it open. Roll the cheese all over the egg so that all sides are coated. Then coat the cheese in breadcrumbs. Heat the olive oil until very hot and briefly fry the feta on all sides. Serve with sliced ​​raw onions, tomatoes, tzatziki, and baguette.
