Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sheep’s cheese (feta)
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper (preferably white)
  • 100 g hazelnuts, walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegetarian spread

Blend the feta cheese, butter, and crème fraîche until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the nuts and stir in. Tip: Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
