Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g sheep’s cheese (feta)
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- Sea salt
- Pepper (preferably white)
- 100 g hazelnuts, walnuts
Instructions

Blend the feta cheese, butter, and crème fraîche until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the nuts and stir in. Tip: Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
