Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of Italian herbs, frozen
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crumble the feta cheese and mince the garlic. Mix everything together. The spiciness can be adjusted, of course. Tip: It’s excellent as a dip or spread on bread. We often use it as a topping for raclette.
