Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 g yogurt (10% fat)
- 1 bell pepper(s), finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 tbsp mild ajvar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients except the bell pepper in a blender and puree with an immersion blender. Then stir in the diced bell peppers, otherwise the mixture will be too runny due to the water from the bell peppers. It goes perfectly with baked potato wedges, on bread, or simply for dipping.
