Tomato salsa

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • ½ pot of basil
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 100 g goat’s cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the garlic. Dice the tomatoes and slice the spring onions into rings. Chop the basil. Mix everything together with the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the goat’s cheese and fold in.
