  • olive oil

Instructions

works super fast, slightly sharp

I prefer to wrap the feta cheese in aluminum foil, so it stays intact on the plate and doesn’t crumble. It just looks better that way. We use one aluminum foil packet per person. Since this recipe is designed for two people, we halve the ingredients and place them on the packets. Drizzle a large piece of aluminum foil in the middle with a little olive oil. Place the feta cheese on top of the olive oil and sprinkle half a chopped garlic clove over each one. Remove the seeds from the peppers, chop them up, and sprinkle them over the feta cheese. Halve or quarter the tomatoes, depending on their size, and place them on top of the feta cheese. It doesn’t matter if the tomatoes are lying next to the cheese. Season with salt and pepper (use salt sparingly) and seal the packet tightly. Place the whole thing in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 20-30 minutes. I like to serve it with fresh bread for dipping.
