Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 450 g buttered vegetables
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 bag of rice, approx. 125 g
- 1 pot of crème fraîche with herbs, 200 g
- Salt and spices to taste

Heat the buttered vegetables in a medium saucepan over medium heat. For the rice, heat a pot of water until boiling. Now cook the rice in the hot water. Add the crème fraîche and feta cheese to the buttered vegetables and stir. When the rice is ready, add it to the other ingredients. Season to taste.
