Fettuccine with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta (fettuccine) or other pasta
  • 60 g smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
  • 30 g tomatoes, dried (in oil), finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Chives, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Briefly fry the garlic in hot oil, stirring occasionally. Add the cream and some of the chives, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in the salmon and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and let stand briefly. Toss the pasta with the sauce and garnish with the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes and some chives.
