Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Colorful peppers
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ajvar spicy
  • 500 g Strained tomatoes
  • 0,125 L Vegetable broth
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 4 Pork schnitzel
  • 60 g Ajvar spicy
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 50 g Grated Gouda

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the paprika and cut into strips that are not too fine, peel the onions and also cut into strips. Put some oil in a pan and fry both for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and then pour in the tomatoes and stock, simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Season the sauce with the spices to taste.
  • Pound the schnitzel flat, brush with ajvar and season with salt. Now the schnitzels are breaded. First turn in the flour, then the clumped egg and finally in the breadcrumbs, press down a little and then fry in oil in portions.
  • Approx. Pour 2/3 of the sauce into a baking dish, place the schnitzel on top like a tile and pour the rest of the sauce in the middle, then spread the cheese on top.
  • Baked in a preheated oven - fan oven 225 ° C - for approx. 10 minutes.
