Gypsy Sauce for Schnitzel

- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 1 Green peppers
- 1 Onion
- 100 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Pomegranate syrup
- 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
- Cut the 3 peppers into pieces of the same size.
- Dice the onion, not too small.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan.
- Put the pepper and onion cubes in the saucepan, sprinkle the sugar over them and let them caramelize. Add the ketchup.
- Deglaze the mixture with the balsamic vinegar and bring to the boil briefly, then add the water.
- The pepper should be firm to the bite.
- Remove the sauce from the heat, add the pomegranate syrup and season with salt and pepper.
