Ingredients
 

  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Cut the 3 peppers into pieces of the same size.
  • Dice the onion, not too small.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan.
  • Put the pepper and onion cubes in the saucepan, sprinkle the sugar over them and let them caramelize. Add the ketchup.
  • Deglaze the mixture with the balsamic vinegar and bring to the boil briefly, then add the water.
  • The pepper should be firm to the bite.
  • Remove the sauce from the heat, add the pomegranate syrup and season with salt and pepper.
