Fiery spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • some salt
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 250 ml sauce (Asian sauce, sweet and sour)
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • some sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Then drain and let cool. Trim and wash the tomatoes, cut into wedges, and deseed if necessary. Skin the bologna and cut into strips. Trim and wash the iceberg lettuce, and cut into thin strips. Mix together the Asian sauce and vinegar. Whisk in the oil. Season to taste with salt, sugar, and soy sauce. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients, let stand briefly, and season again. Wash and finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the salad.
