Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g jacket potatoes, sliced
- oil
- 2 eggs
- 100 g ham, diced
- 1 piece(s) of gherkin(s)
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tomato(s)
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the potatoes in a little oil in a small frying pan and season with salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs and pour them over the fried potatoes. Let them set until the egg mixture starts to separate from the bottom of the pan, then turn them over. Let them set again. Now fold the farmer’s breakfast over and push it to the edge of the pan so that it takes up about half the pan, pressing it down lightly. After a short time, the farmer’s breakfast can be turned out onto a plate. Sprinkle with the ham cubes and chives. Garnish with the gherkin, tomato, and parsley sprig.
