Fiery toast hamburger

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 wholemeal rolls for the toaster
  • 1 large meatball(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sambal
  • 2 tbsp, heaped fried onions
  • 2 tbsp, leveled remoulade
  • 1 m.-large gherkin(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with sambal

Toast the buns. Cut the patty lengthwise and place on a microwave-safe plate. Spread the fried onions on the top halves and a little remoulade on top. Microwave these for 2 minutes (600 watts). Cut the buns open, spread the mustard and sambal on the bottom half. Place the hot patty half on top. Spread the remoulade on the fried onions, then add the thinly sliced ​​gherkin. Finally, place the top half, with a little remoulade, on top of the hamburger and press down lightly.
