Fig, Almond and Cream Cheese Dip

The perfect fig, almond and cream cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 2 Figs fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked peppers
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Baby peppers
  • 0,5 Charlotte
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Pink berries
  • Salt
  1. Cut the figs and scoop them out with a teaspoon. Add the pulp to the cream cheese.
  2. Chop the bell pepper and onion into small pieces. Add to the cream cheese with the chopped garlic and smoked paprika. Add the olive oil and the crushed pink berries and mix well.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
