Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g fig(s)
  • 500 g seedless grapes
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the figs, then blend thoroughly with the washed grapes. Mix with the gelling sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil briskly for 4 minutes according to the instructions. Don’t forget to stir. After testing the gelling, pour into the prepared jars while still hot. Seal immediately.
