A fruity starter

Wash and dry the figs, then halve them. Place a slice of goat’s cheese on each fig half. Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of honey on the two slices of goat’s cheese. Wrap each one with two slices of smoked ham, top to bottom and crosswise. Place the rosemary on the fig parcels, place them in an ovenproof dish, and bake for 10-12 minutes at 190°C (375°F) using a fan-assisted grill. After baking, drizzle the parcels again with approximately 1 teaspoon of honey and serve immediately.
