Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 slice(s) of sponge cake, the size of the glasses
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 6 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 figs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the sponge cake slices on the bottoms of the glasses. Combine the sour cream with the agave syrup (more agave syrup if desired) and spread it on the sponge cakes. Chop the figs (quarter or dice) and place each one on top of the sour cream layer.
