Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g fig(s), peeled and weighed
  • 500 g kiwi(s), yellow, peeled, weighed
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes

Wash, trim, and finely chop the figs. Peel and finely chop the yellow kiwis, and place them in a saucepan along with the finely chopped figs. Add the gelling sugar to the fruit and let it steep until the juice has formed. Now puree everything and bring to a boil. Boil the jam for 4 minutes, then pour into jars and seal tightly.
