Filled Pancakes.
The perfect filled pancakes. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Egg yolk
- 60 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 tablespoon Sifted flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 Pc. Protein
- Oil
- 0,5 packet Cream cheese double cream setting
- 100 g Quark
- 1 Pc. Boiled beetroot
- Salt and pepper
- Egg white with 1 pinch. Beat the salt until stiff.
- Beat egg whites with mineral water until frothy. Fold in the flour & salt.
- Fold in the egg whites. Bake in hot oil and let cool.
- Cut the beetroot into small pieces! Mix the salt with the cream cheese.
- Brush the egg pancakes with the mixture.
- Roll it up and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- TIP: well suited for a party
