Filled Pancakes.

The perfect filled pancakes. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 60 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Sifted flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Pc. Protein
  • Oil
  • 0,5 packet Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 100 g Quark
  • 1 Pc. Boiled beetroot
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Egg white with 1 pinch. Beat the salt until stiff.
  2. Beat egg whites with mineral water until frothy. Fold in the flour & salt.
  3. Fold in the egg whites. Bake in hot oil and let cool.
  4. Cut the beetroot into small pieces! Mix the salt with the cream cheese.
  5. Brush the egg pancakes with the mixture.
  6. Roll it up and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  7. TIP: well suited for a party
