Simply Filled Pancakes

The perfect simply filled pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Pancake batter:

  • 50 g Food starch
  • 100 g Spelled flour
  • 2 Eggs size M
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 125 ml Low fat milk

Filling:

  • 350 g Put turkey fillet into very small cubes
  • 200 g Carrots in very small cubes
  • 200 g Peas, TK
  • 200 g Garlic pepper, seasoned salt from my KB and
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 250 ml Water
  • Sauce binder light
  • 100 ml Creme fine or cream
  • Rapeseed oil

Pancake batter:

  1. Stir all ingredients together and let soak for about 15 minutes!

Filling:

  1. Season the turkey cubes with the above spices! and fry in about 2 tbsp in a pan. Take out of the pot and set aside. Then fry the carrots and peas in the same saucepan for 5 minutes. Deglaze with water and cook for 10 minutes!
  2. Add the meat again and season well again with the above spices! Add the creme fine and bind with a sauce thickener depending on the thickness of the consistency.

Pancakes:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a good pan and add the batter with a soup ladle. Swivel the pan until the batter is spread over the entire base. Swing the pan back and forth a little! Fry until golden brown on each side! Makes four pancakes!
  2. Spread the finished pancakes on plates, add a ladle of filling and fold over!
