Simply Filled Pancakes
The perfect simply filled pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pancake batter:
- 50 g Food starch
- 100 g Spelled flour
- 2 Eggs size M
- 1 tsp Salt
- 125 ml Low fat milk
Filling:
- 350 g Put turkey fillet into very small cubes
- 200 g Carrots in very small cubes
- 200 g Peas, TK
- 200 g Garlic pepper, seasoned salt from my KB and
- Pepper from the grinder
- 250 ml Water
- Sauce binder light
- 100 ml Creme fine or cream
- Rapeseed oil
Pancake batter:
- Stir all ingredients together and let soak for about 15 minutes!
Filling:
- Season the turkey cubes with the above spices! and fry in about 2 tbsp in a pan. Take out of the pot and set aside. Then fry the carrots and peas in the same saucepan for 5 minutes. Deglaze with water and cook for 10 minutes!
- Add the meat again and season well again with the above spices! Add the creme fine and bind with a sauce thickener depending on the thickness of the consistency.
Pancakes:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a good pan and add the batter with a soup ladle. Swivel the pan until the batter is spread over the entire base. Swing the pan back and forth a little! Fry until golden brown on each side! Makes four pancakes!
- Spread the finished pancakes on plates, add a ladle of filling and fold over!
