Spicy Filled Corn Pancakes

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Red Onion
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Green peppers
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Tarragon
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 shot Broth
  • 100 g Cornmeal
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Parsely
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and cut as small as possible. Also cut the peppers and mushrooms as small as possible. Add the chopped ingredients as well as tomato paste, pepper, salt, cumin, garlic pepper, tarragon, cayenne pepper and stock to the minced meat and mix everything thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, stir together the corn flour, eggs, milk, salt and parsley with a whisk. Heat oil in two pans. Bake the pancakes from the batter in one (should make 4 pieces) and fry the minced meat mixture in the other.
  • Finally put a quarter of the minced meat on each of the pancakes and close. If you like it a little milder with meat, add a tablespoon of creme fraiche while frying, and if you like it spicier, add a small sliced ​​chilli pepper to the minced meat before frying.
