Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 9 anchovy fillets (anchovies)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the hard-boiled eggs, halve them, and remove the yolks. Place the removed yolks in a bowl. Slice the tomatoes and remove the cores. Choose 6 attractive rings and place an egg half into each one. Cut 6 anchovy fillets into small pieces, add them to the egg yolks, and mix everything with the mayonnaise. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill the egg halves with it. Halve the remaining 3 anchovy fillets and decorate the eggs with them. Arrange and serve.
