Sour cream – Tabasco – garlic – dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

for grilling

Place the sour cream in a bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco to taste. It’s best to refrigerate it for 1-2 hours and then season again, as it will naturally become spicier as it sits. A must for our summer barbecues, or on its own with baguette or walnut ciabatta.
