Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pork fillet(s)
- 200 g potato gnocchi
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g oil (rapeseed oil)
- 0.1 ml cream
- 100 g nuts and raisins (trail mix)
- 1 tsp breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- 5 cl Sherry, dry
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi, grate it into fine strips, and squeeze out the juices with a kitchen towel. Mix well with 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and garlic, and fry 4 hash browns in hot oil. Cut the pork fillet into thin strips, fry in oil, deglaze with sherry, add cream, season, and reduce briefly. Toast the trail mix in a pan with a little oil and toss in the cooked gnocchi.
