Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs, including the yolk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 0.1 ml cream
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp breadcrumbs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the apples and grate them into thin strips. Mix with egg yolk, breadcrumbs, and sugar. Heat butter and oil in the pan and fry 4 apples until crispy. Whip the cream with 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar and a pinch of cinnamon until stiff. Serve 2 apples each with cinnamon-cream dumplings.
