Filo bags with strawberry and chocolate filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 sheets of pastry (phyllo pastry)
  • 20 g butter, melted
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 50 g chocolate, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush the filo pastry with butter, layer the sheets, and cut into four pieces. Slice the strawberries and chocolate, place them on top of the pastry, shape it into a pouch, tie it, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Tastes great with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce.
