Fine butter sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • ¼ liter vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • n. B. Herbs, fresh, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the butter, flour, and broth in a metal bowl. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, place the bowl on top, and gently whisk the ingredients until creamy (if a fat residue remains, add a little water and stir in). Season with salt. Add fresh, finely chopped herbs, if desired. Perfect with pork medallions with potato dumplings and chard, potatoes, fish, white meat, or fine vegetables.
