Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 375 g flour
- 250 g starch flour
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy and then mix in the whole eggs, sugar, and remaining ingredients. Let it rest for 1 hour, then roll out to the thickness of a knife’s back. Cut out any desired shapes. Bake at moderate heat (120-150°C) until light golden.
