Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g almonds, finely grated
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle of flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • 180 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Jam, currant jam (red currants)
  • Egg(s), for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

my version

Cream the butter and sugar until smooth, then gradually add the eggs, almonds, vanilla sugar, and lemon flavoring. Finally, add the flour, which has been thoroughly mixed with the baking powder. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the pan, spread with jam, and form a lattice with the remaining batter. Brush with egg and bake at medium heat until golden brown.
